Governance
The Board of Directors is comprised of and elected by residents within our subdivision, and the voting takes place at our annual meeting in June. The Board, along with Heritage Property Management Co., is empowered to help strictly enforce these rules insuring that our subdivision remains a safe and aesthetically beautiful place to live and to insure that our property values keep rising.
