Overview
Abbotts Landing was constructed in the 1990s and boasts affordable homes of various sizes. Abbotts Landing is a deed restricted family community (Subdivision) within the City of Johns Creek, GA. Comprising of 96 homes, a deluxe swimming pool with cabanas, and year round events the Abbotts Landing community is a place where families thrive and connect.
Community Governance
Our community is governed by cetain rules and regulations regarding, but not limited to color choices for the exterior of our homes and the landscaping guidelines for our yards. The Board of Directors is comprised of and elected by residents within our subdivision, and the voting takes place at our annual meeting in June. The Board, along with Heritage Property Management Co., is empowered to help strictly enforce these rules insuring that our subdivision remains a safe and aesthetically beautiful place to live and to insure that our proeprty values keep rising.
